By accessing or using FilaFlow ("the Service"), available at filaflow.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FilaFlow is a 3D printing filament management application that allows users to track filament inventory, record usage, manage printers, and monitor stock levels.

3. User Accounts

To use FilaFlow, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You may sign in using email/password, magic link, or supported third-party authentication providers. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.

5. Intellectual Property

The FilaFlow application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Your filament data, printer configurations, and usage records remain your property. We claim no ownership over user-generated content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at filaflow-support@googlegroups.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the application. Your continued use of FilaFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
